If you are ready to make a change, you don't have to go at it alone. Whether you're seeking therapy to better cope with life's challenges, heal from the past, or have more fulfilling relationships, I work to provide a safe, non-judgmental space based on respect and compassion. Sometimes, challenges in our relationships wound us. The therapeutic relationship can be key to healing and overcoming difficulties that may feel overwhelming. Clients are often seeking greater authenticity in their lives and therapy can provide the support and guidance to work through the barriers.​ I am strength-based in my approach: I see my client's resiliency and recognize their ability to overcome adversity and achieve positive outcomes.

It is through both the mind and the body that we heal.

 

I work with clients to focus on the body using somatic and mindfulness-based approaches. By becoming aware of emotional triggers and the body's response, we can learn to respond to them in a way that feels manageable. I also support clients in making behavioral changes to support physical and emotional health.

 

Clients who work well with me value their own personal growth as well as their relationships. They  are open to different perspectives and have the desire to reflect and understand themselves better in order to reach their goals.
